Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your information when you use this website. Last updated: 30 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run for Dr. Neema Bhat, Hematologist, Pediatric Oncologist and Bone Marrow Transplant specialist in Bangalore. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Dr. Neema Bhat and her clinic team. You can reach us on +91 78997 56677 (call or WhatsApp).
Information we collect
We only collect the information we need to answer your questions and arrange appointments.
- Booking requests. The booking form on the Contact page does not store anything on our website or server. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, the details you typed (patient’s name, phone number, the reason for the visit and any note) are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own phone or computer. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp.
- Calls and WhatsApp messages. When you call or message us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us, such as the patient’s name, age and health concern.
- Technical information. Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of the visit. These server logs are used only to keep the website working and secure.
How we use your information
- To reply to you and arrange, confirm or change appointments.
- To prepare for your consultation and provide medical care.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics tools.
- Your browser may remember small preferences for this website on your own device, such as which layout you chose for the treatments list on a phone. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. Please see Google’s privacy policy for details.
Third-party services
When you use WhatsApp, Google Maps, or open links to hospital or review websites, those services handle your information under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they use it.
Health information
Please do not share detailed medical reports or sensitive health information through social media or public channels. Bring your reports to your consultation, or share them through the channel the clinic team suggests. Any health information you share with us is kept confidential and used only for your care.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep appointment and contact details only as long as needed for your care and for legal and medical record-keeping requirements. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
